The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. What will you do?
Content Strategy and planning:
Brainstorming and implementing innovative ideas for engaging content that aligns with the key brand messages and objectives.
Mapping out an editorial workflow for campaigns and using content management systems to ensure timely digital content creation.
Content creation and optimization
Writing content for Social Media, website, blog, digital/offline collaterals.
Editing existing materials, repurposing them as required, performing keyword research using various tools, optimizing with relevant key phrases, and increasing engagement through SEO optimization.
Content audit
Evaluating existing platforms for consistency and quality, identifying gaps and making improvements.
Regular audience and data data analysis with the Social Media Marketer to identify trends in reach and engagement and adapt.
Who are we looking for in this role?
5-7 years of work experience as content/creative strategist
Strategic thinking skills: ability to develop thorough, long-term content strategies that align with business goals
Demonstrated writing and editing skills: expertise at creating compelling content across multiple marketing channels, as well as editing existing materials for clarity or relevance
Technical know-how: familiarity with Canva (knowledge of other design softwares is a plus) to design posts/collaterals, if and when needed
Teamwork experience: demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Analytical skills: capacity to understand user behavior through analytics, then use data to shape strategic decisions and course-correct when needed
