India has become the 5th largest economy in the world, but ~360 million are “poor” (using Government metrics) and 145 million live below the poverty line. This inequity is unacceptable. About 3.4% of our annual budget or 0.28% of the income of the top 1% of our population would lift and could bring everybody above the poverty line, however this is complex and we need the best of human intellects to be focussed on solving it.
The/Nudge Foundation exists to alleviate poverty. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across industry, academia, government, and the development sector, passionately working on ways to address poverty sustainably and at scale.
in the five years since our inception, we have worked on a range of initiatives including developing innovative programs that enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives, adapting evidence-based approaches to enable rural families to come out of extreme poverty, and incubating 60+ nonprofits focused on solving India’s biggest challenges. We have also used the knowledge and networks developed through our work to impact policy, address ecosystem barriers and launch scale programs.
We are now building on our capabilities and work to embark on an ambitious effort to nurture six to eight “social transformations” (i.e., using effective solutions to create pathways to scale that address the underlying problem; examples of such transformations include microfinance and the white revolution). These transformations (or “programs” as we call them) will be anchored in “centers” which will provide domain expertise, connection to the broader ecosystem and thought partnership. The centers will also be thought leaders in their space and influence the broader ecosystem (including policy and practice). There will also be horizontal teams, e.g., Impact & Evaluation, Technology, and Data & Insights, that all the programs and centers will use. These teams will also be seen as exemplars in their space and will influence the broader ecosystem.

The/Nudge is looking for Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Zoho One and Zoho Creator platforms.
The Zoho Solutions Architect position will enable and support business solutions with a core focus on workflow development, business enablement, solution design, technical architecture, integrations and support and stability of the Zoho solutions. This is a technical leadership role and we are looking for candidates who have the right attitude, technical expertise, collaboration skills and competencies to be successful in a fast paced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities at the same time.
Drive solution architecture and design making sure they are aligned with the overall business objectives and IT standards.
Provide leadership and drive integration of Zoho to other systems to drive efficiency and data consistency across the organization. Design, maintain, monitor and support all Zoho Creator system integrations.
Integration Change and Problem Management : Define change/problems, gather requirements, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions resulting from Change and Problem Management processes.
Prevent recurrence of issues/problems through detail root cause analysis, advance solution design, and thorough implementation of the approved solution.
Capture and document all relevant knowledge and know-how to compile best practices in order to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.
Continuously improve Zoho based solutions and its relevant processes by leveraging innovative and latest technology development through new implementation and enhancements to existing systems.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and manage the functional and technical documentation. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring of the development team.
Review functionality delivered in Zoho releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements.
Partner with Technology leadership to drive and consult on key business initiatives, enabled through new or existing functionality and review new releases and products and integrate into the existing footprint.
Drive the QA process across all modules in the Zoho platform and participate in recurring audits on an as needed basis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
5+ years of experience with Zoho One enterprise applications including Zoho creator platform
Strong knowledge of and extensive experience working with the following Zoho apps and modules - Creator, CRM, Forms, People, Projects, WorkDrive, Recruit.
Knowledge or experience in development of Learning Management Systems is a definite plus.
Extensive understanding of the end to end functional HR business processes including audit requirements and processes
Deep knowledge of Zoho’s Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, CRM, Enrolment, Workflows
Proficient in configuring Zoho Creator and creating workflows
Familiar with integration applications a plus
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
