About the Team:

The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organization's objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.


 At The/Nudge you will:

  • identify the talent requirements for various teams at The/Nudge and build a thorough understanding  of the ideal candidature for the roles
  • identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
  • understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge  and will implement the hiring process for the candidates
  • lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you  (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)
  • build, maintain and develop  relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • support in developing/optimizing processes to make the hiring process purposeful and efficient
  • design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization
  • lead and manage recruiters
Apply if you have:

  • at least 8 to 10 years of work experience in front-end/client-facing roles
  • a bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for an organization
  • a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines 
  • creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • the ability to work both independently and in a team, when required
