The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. About The Team:
The/Nudge marketing team builds brand and program awareness, engages donors, govts, and sector partners, and supports fundraising through storytelling and targeted campaigns. They manage PR, craft content for both print and digital platforms, and handle social media, including LinkedIn, to showcase thought leadership, and promote events and initiatives. Additionally, they create campaigns for internal programs, and ensure consistent messaging to all stakeholders.
At The/Nudge you will:
Trend-Focused Design: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the company’s visual output is cutting-edge and on-brand.
AI-Enhanced Creativity: Leverage AI tools for design, concept generation, and creative processes, using them to enhance productivity and innovation.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and deliverables.
Multi-tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Requirements:
4-6 Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
AI Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with AI-based design tools and technologies, and how they can be used to accelerate the design process.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box, offering creative solutions to complex visual challenges.
Additional Skills:
Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
Familiarity with 3D design and rendering software.
