About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty

  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

  • develop and lead people strategies and systems with a focus on organizational development 

  • work with the P&C leadership team to contribute towards defining the function’s strategy quarter on quarter

  • build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of The/Nudge spirit

  • lead learning & development initiatives in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance

  • work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • lead need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and development

  • manage and coach a team towards their growth and development

  • lead and guide the team towards data driven decision making across all projects within the function

  • build, maintain and develop  relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • lead and drive DEIB initiatives within the organization 


Apply if you have:

  • at least 12 years of work experience 

  • a bachelor’s degree in any subject

  • deep passion towards solving complex people problems 

  • creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for employees

  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • strong data analytical and problem solving skills

  • ability to coach and mentor team members

  • ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

  • ability to plan and execute projects independently
