The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our
lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient
livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs
from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our
work is organized across three impact streams:
● Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables
underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
● Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of
extreme poverty
● Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest
challenges
At Nudge, you will:-
● develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy for
CRD
● conduct need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and
development
● analyze trends and key engagement metrics for CRD
● build and execute employee engagement experience (onboarding, R&R design,
culture and value sessions) for CRD
● drive people processes & work with the CRD team in the capacity of a people
business partner
● work closely with employees to build morale and increase productivity and
retention
● lead end to end impact stream (CRD) level events like, Townhall, All/hands,
offsites and any other need based events or spaces
● engage in monthly/quarterly people reviews for the team

Apply if you have :-
● 5-6 years of overall work experience
● excitement to solve people challenges and build culture within the organization
● the ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize
● the ability to collaborate & maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
● the ability to be emotionally resilient and have a high sense of integrity
● the ability to analyze data – comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
● the ability of high execution and operational skills

Would be great if you have :-
● Prior experience in Human Resource or people management
● Educational background in Human Resource
