Given the magnitude of the problem, to create impact efficiently, effectively, and at scale, it is imperative that technology plays a critical role and remains at the center of all our interventions and programs, be it student-facing applications, internal systems, or productivity tools for our teams. 

At The/Nudge you will:

  • work closely with the product team to define product roadmap and requirements to create delightful experiences for our users and internal teams

  • define all critical user stories, the definition of done and desired objectives of our applications and tools

  • create execution plans and milestones for the product and prepare status reports identifying risks, issues, and dependencies

  • track user stories to completion and assure documentation of the product features to improve  user experience

  • own the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives 

  • drive product development, execution, and adoption for new products, features, or bug fixes

  • measure behaviors accurately and experimentally iterate to improve experiences  

Apply if you have:

  • minimum 5 years of Project Management experience

  • adequate technical experience to drive discussions and outcomes together with the product team 

  • experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) 

  • experience in project planning, status reporting, and managing internal and external teams

  • energetic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment 

  • the belief that technology can create a deep impact and make a real difference in society

  • comfort with non-profit sector salaries

Would be great if you have:

  • PMP or Scrum master certifications
