About The/Nudge

The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.


Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. About the team

The partnerships team at The/Nudge is responsible for garnering, nurturing and growing the support from different donor segments including corporates, foundations and individuals. 


What will you do? 

  • own discovery and intelligence on prospective donors (foundations globally and corporates in India) whose priorities overlap with the work of The/Nudge

  • work closely with program teams to build compelling proposals/pitch decks that articulate our work and impact in a concise manner

  • own due diligence of The/Nudge by prospective donors and their teams

  • track  working capital deficits (if any) across all 3 impact streams The/Nudge and preparing donor-ready budgets

  • prepare dashboards/analytics that continuously tracks donor pipeline 

  • learn from other organizations on best practices in the fundraising ecosystem

Apply if you

  • have a strong desire to work in the social sector

  • have 7-9 years of work experience in supporting B2B sales/business development/fundraising preferably in an  early-stage organization

  • have consistently exceeded expectations in a similar role in the past  

  • the ability to learn fast and multitask well

  • a strong research orientation, especially in B2B sales and business development

  • excellent time management skills and attention to detail

  • excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • good command over MS office suite/google slides etc
