About CSDE’s Future Perfect Program

Future Perfect exists to improve job readiness for the youth and enable upward socio-economic mobility through English proficiency and development of 21st century employability skills. Future Perfect is designed on the belief that proficiency in spoken English is achieved by adopting an immersive approach, implemented through experiential, holistic and group learning. 

Currently, Future Perfect serves ~15k students annually through its 425-member team of community mobilisers, trainers, placement coordinators, product and curriculum designers, technical architects and data analysts. Our goal is to create a deeply impactful and highly scalable model for online learning that enables underprivileged youth across the country to lead flourishing lives.

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Define the vision for Future Perfect (FP) aligned with the strategic objectives of the org

  • Calibrate the FP theory of change and impact narrative based on learning as program evolves

  • Provide overall direction to all program components - admissions, training delivery, placements and post-placement – across product design and operations

  • Identify and set goals for the team aligned with short term and long term priorities and commitments

  • Create quarterly and annual plans and establish the deadlines and milestones 

  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficacy (outcomes, impact) and efficiency (time, resource, cost)

  • Develop and approve budgets tied to program operations, and track budget utilization in line with program delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of program outcomes within budgets, and navigate donor expectations

  • Supervise next line of managers to help define their strategy, provide feedback and resolve complex problems

  • Set a high-performance and collaborative culture, and build mission-aligned teams at all levels


We are looking for someone who

  • is energetic and entrepreneurial

  • has 15+ years of overall experience

  • possesses strong leadership experience of managing sizable high-performance teams

  • enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced, scaled start-up environment 

  • comes with creative problem solving skills and execution chops

  • strongly desires to make deep societal impact at non-profit sector salaries 

We would prefer that you

  • are a post graduate preferably with a management degree

  • come with an understanding of the target audience (underprivileged youth) 

  • have prior experience in the education, skilling or ed-tech sectors

  • possess general management skills across product, ops, marketing, BD, finance
