The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.
Set up with support from 100+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates and 15+ foundations including Gates, Mackenzie Scott, Vinod Khosla, Nandan Nilekani, Tata Trusts, Skoll, Meta, LinkedIn, HDFC, Mphasis, KPMG and L'Oreal, we are contributing towards a "poverty-free India, within our lifetime".
About NEST -
The /Nudge Institute (TNI) is planning to launch NEST Bengaluru, in partnership with Total Environment. It will be a cutting-edge, vibrant community space exclusively for social entrepreneurs and other stakeholders focused on livelihood. This space will feature a co-working environment where social innovators can access resources, collaborate with like-minded change-makers, and turn ambitious visions into transformative realities. Additionally, NEST will have a vibrant event space designed for conferences, festivals, and gatherings that inspire new ideas and foster community growth.
NEST, the Network for Entrepreneurship and Social Transformation, aims to build a self-sustaining, collaborative network of social entrepreneurs and stakeholders. Our mission is to amplify collective power, drive systemic change, and create a ripple effect that maximizes social impact across communities and beyond.

What Will You Do?
As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing this new initiative. You will embark on the exciting 0-to-1 journey of building NEST from the ground up, which presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact from the very start.
Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of the program, ensuring alignment with our mission and ethos.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with NEST members and other stakeholders. Understand their profiles, needs, and feedback to plan relevant member activities.
Events Planning and Management: Manage events and meetings held in the event space, including workshops, bootcamps, and masterclasses, ensuring they provide valuable skills and knowledge to participants.
Program Pre-Launch and Launch: Support all activities related to the pre-launch and launch of program operations.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and integrate innovative practices and improvements into program operations and activities to enhance effectiveness.
Collaboration and Networking: Facilitate networking opportunities with members and industry experts to boost the program’s visibility and growth opportunities for members.
Apply If You:
Have a strong desire to work in the social sector.
Possess 3-7 years of experience in business development, strategy, or program management, preferably in an early-stage organization.
Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit with high ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
Have a strong desire to learn quickly and multitask to ensure program success.
Possess excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Have proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Slides, etc.
Can empathize with and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You enjoy talking to people, are a good listener, and build rapport and trust swiftly.
Demonstrate high ownership and commitment to solving social problems.
Have an understanding of the social entrepreneurs' ecosystem, with experience in incubators or accelerators being preferred.
