  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges


About the team:

The Talent Acquisition team at The/Nudge solves for the most critical challenge the development sector faces, finding passionate individuals to tackle the greatest human development challenge of our times. We believe people are valued contributors and organizations are built when unique individuals come together. 


At The/Nudge you will:


  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)

  • Work with leadership and all program teams to understand their hiring needs and help them in recruiting 

  • Identify talent requirements at The/Nudge and build a thorough understanding of the ideal candidate for the roles assigned to you

  • Identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent

  • Understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge and implement the hiring process for the candidates

  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization


Apply if you have:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in front-end/people-facing roles

  • A bachelor’s degree in any subject

  • Passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for the development sector

  • A strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines

  • Creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to work both independently and in a team, when required

  • Prior experience in recruitment is an added advantage

  • Prior experience in the development sector is a plus

  • Intermediate skills with data analysis in MS Excel /Google Sheets
